Many technology companies had already embraced Zoom and Teams long before anyone knew what a coronavirus was. In an effort to lure technology workers to Savannah, Georgia, a small quant coastal city in the American South, the Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA) is offering workers up to $2,000.
